1) What we are - We are a team of consultants engaged in Techno legal services related to Civil Contracts of all types and Hydroelectric Projects.

2) Our activities - We look after technical as well as legal matters involved in the contracts. We take up the jobs right from prequalification process till finalization of the work inclusive of supervision, billing etc. We have a special aptitude towards project management consultancy of large irrigation works.

3) Our expertise - Our expertise is in design of structures of Irrigation, Water supply, Roads, Infrastructure development, Industrial building, structures & Hydro Electric Projects in private sector etc.

4) What we can do - We can prepare the estimate, draft specifications for tenders, call for tenders, impartially assess the capabilities of bidders and can judiciously recommend eligible contractors.

5) Our Specialisation - Our firm deals in arbitration especially arbitration counselling. Our Hon. Director Capt Khadilkar is engineer as well as law practicing graduate with more than 15 years in the field of arbitration. Single handedly he had one a sizeable number of arbitration matters.
