Diwan and Khadilkar Associates was founded in March 1998. This firm is converted into firm Diwan Khadilkar Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from 9th May, 2013.  Since then and till today our focus is on project management consultancy. We excel in handling large turnkey projects in the field of irrigation, solar power, fish farm projects and complex infrastructure development.

Since 2004 we focused on generation of electricity through developing small hydro projects(SHP). Such projects contribute a lot to the strategic development of poorly fed villages in our country as now a days privatisation fever in the power sector has reached a peak.
